Welcome to 1720 Store. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by 1720 Store are digital products, including Roblox systems, scripts, assets, and development resources.

No physical products will be shipped.

2. Product License

When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying source code or intellectual property.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, purchased products are intended for use in your own Roblox projects.

You may modify the code for use within your own projects.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute purchased files.

  • Upload purchased files to public file-sharing websites.

  • Share purchased files with other people.

  • Claim the original work as your own.

  • Repackage or modify a product for the purpose of reselling it.

  • Provide purchased files to customers, developers, or third parties outside your own project.

  • Use our products to create a competing marketplace for substantially similar assets.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with Roblox's Terms of Use and applicable laws.

4. Downloads

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased files.

Because our products are digital, we cannot guarantee unlimited access to downloads indefinitely.

Do not share your download links or account access with other people.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are generally not provided after download or access.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of access to purchased products.

We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction and purchase information to payment providers when responding to a dispute.

7. Product Support

Support may be provided depending on the product purchased.

Support generally covers issues directly related to the functionality of the purchased product.

We are not responsible for problems caused by:

  • Customer modifications.

  • Third-party scripts or systems.

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Unsupported Roblox features or changes.

  • Conflicts with other systems.

  • Customer-created code or configurations.

8. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements to products at our discretion.

An update is not guaranteed unless the product listing specifically states that updates are included.

Roblox updates or changes may cause previously functioning systems to require modifications.

9. Product Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove products from the store at any time.

Removing a product from the store does not automatically provide customers with a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All original code, designs, documentation, branding, graphics, and other materials created by 1720 Store remain the property of 1720 Store unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

11. Account & Store Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and purchase information.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our products if we determine that a customer has violated these Terms of Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
